- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The level of knowledge and service at the Jackson H&R Block was absolutely terrible! The preparer provided incorrect information and even stood by it until I pointed her to the specific IRS tax code with the correct information. On top of that she made several other errors on our return, missing over half our refund! It took two amended returns and 6 months to finally get our full tax refund. The good news it, after having to double check all of their work, I now feel confident that I can do a better job on my own next year.By Paul Cherry, December 28, 2016
