- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They made a mess of my auto insurance when I moved to another state and trying to get resolution has been nothing but a headache. Over two months later and still no resolution. Staff seems inept and uncaring. Agent promised to take care of my problems and ended up pawning me off to a new employee who did nothing for me.
